What You Need:
- 1/2 cantaloupe, sliced lengthways and those cut in half
- 5 slices prosciutto, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
- 1/4 cup neufchâtel cheese (or cream cheese)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
What You Do:
- Whisk together the neufchatel cheese and greek yogurt.
- Smear this mixture onto a flat side of the cantaloupe slices and wrap with prosciutto.
