#TapasTuesday // Fried Calamari
What You Need
1/2 pound calamari tentacles
3 inches of oil (I used a olive & coconut blend)
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper (to taste)
What You Do
Heat oil in a saucepan on medium heat.
Mix together flour, chili pepper, parsley, salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice onto raw calamari, dredge them through flour mixture, and fry.
Serve with lemon wedges and tomato sauce for dipping.
