#TapasTuesday // Apples & Honey Crostini with Brie (for Rosh Hashanah
Today we are doing something a little special for #TapasTuesday. We are now officially in the Autumn season, and with that comes the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, which begins tomorrow night at sundown. Traditionally you are supposed to dip apples into honey on this day to symbolize our hope for a sweet new year. We dressed up this old food custom for our tapas selection today, while keeping it simple and delicious. Happy Rosh Hashanah!

- 3 apples, sliced
- Local, raw honey
