What You Need:
- 2 cups fresh purple basil leaves
- 1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Hawaiian black salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
What You Do:
- Combine ingredients.
- Mix 'em up.
- Devour. (Tip: I think this is amazing by itself, however you can eat it with pasta, or do what I did and throw the leftovers atop a fresh green salad with some tri tip!)
