What You Need:
- 6 oz. block of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh watercress, chopped
- bread (to serve)
What You Do:
- Preheat broiler on medium heat.
- Pat dry feta with paper towel and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika on all sides.
- Place on baking sheet and cook until lightly browned, turning once.
- Once removed, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Serve with bread.
