Today in celebration of #SLASHERWEEK we are featuring The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, a 1974 film written and directed by Tobe Hooper and Kim Henkel. The film is about a group of five teenagers who are traveling through the back woods of Texas to visit one of their grandfather's graves. They pick up and ditch a violent hitchhiker before running out of gas and stopping by an old house in hopes of help. They step into the lives of a creepy family of violent cannibals, and their own chainsaw wielding maniac, Leatherface.
