Cheesesteak Sandwich for #SandwichSaturday on TOO INTO IT

The Cheesesteak (or commonly referred to as the "Philly Cheesesteak") is a sandwich created by hotdog stand owners Pat and Harry Olivieri in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the 1930s who originally just used chopped grilled beef on an italian roll, until a cab driver who was a frequent customer told them they should invest in the sandwich. Their now famous sandwich shop Pat's King of Steaks still exists today!

My version of this delicious sandwich is as follows: Roast beef, onions and peppers sautéed in beef broth topped with provolone cheese on a toasted italian hoagie.
