What You Need:
- 1/4 cup lite coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 15 drops stevia (or sweetener or your choice)
- fresh or frozen fruit
What You Do:
- In a small bowl, whisk the chia seeds into the coconut milk .
- Sweetened how you wish (I use the stevia), making sure after you do this, all of the seeds are immersed in the coconut milk.
- Refrigerate for one hour or more.
- Top with fresh or frozen fruit.
