What You Need
- 4 pieces fresh pollock (6-7 ounces)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper (to taste)
What You Do
- Preheat broiler to 450 degrees.
- Whisk together all of the ingredients and brush mixture onto fish fillets.
- Broil for 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve with brown rice, sauteed spinach with freshly grated parmesan, and a white wine.
