What You Need

  • 4 pieces fresh pollock (6-7 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

What You Do

  1. Preheat broiler to 450 degrees. 
  2. Whisk together all of the ingredients and brush mixture onto fish fillets.
  3. Broil for 10 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve with brown rice, sauteed spinach with freshly grated parmesan, and a white wine.
