  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup liquid aminos (alternatively, soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (alternatively, other cooking oil)
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • BBQ sauce of your choosing (it needs to be dark)
  • 1/2  cup black sesame seeds

What You Do:

  1. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. Mix together marinade. Submerge wings in marinade for an hour at least, or ideally overnight.
  3. Once ready, preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  4. Put wings and a bit of the marinade in a greased pan and cook for about ten minutes.
  5. Turn wings over and cook for another ten minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and toss in a bit of your favorite dark bbq sauce sauce.
  7. Turn on broiler and broil wings for about five minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  8. Roll wings in the black sesame seeds.
  9. Enjoy!
